Provenance: Major-General J.A. Ward-Booth, O.B.E., D.L. (1927-2002), Commanding Officer 3rd Battalion The Parachute Regiment from 1967 to 1970.

Wood cylinder rope tension tenor drum. Emblazoned with outspread parachute wings surmounted by the royal crest over a wreath of laurel. Complete with snares. Height overall: 48cm (19in).
