Bronze bust after Sir Francis Chantrey on a circular gilt bronze socle and ormolu mounted stepped square section Sienna marble pedestal. Height of bust 18.5cm (7.25in).

George Augustus Frederick Hanover King George IV of England (reigned 1820-30) portrayed in Field Marshal’s uniform with epaulettes, wearing the neck badge of the Order of the Golden Fleece, the sash and star of the Order of the Garter.
