Gold and enamels with chain link connections. Each 9ct gold rectangular panel with chamfered corners and set with the Queen’s ‘EIIR’ cypher in navy blue enamel beneath the St. Edward’s Crown also in navy blue enamel. Maker’s mark of Royal Warrant holder Henry Hodson Plante of Bury Street, st. James’s. Hallmarked for the Coronation year 1953. Contained in Plante case, the silk marked ‘By Appointment to the Late King George VI’.
