Watercolour and ink on paper. The first depicting a Revolutionary period hussar; the second depicting French First Empire period line infantry fusiliers; the third, depicting a Crimean War period Cantinière and hussar in full flight from advancing Russian lancers; and lastly a Second Empire dragoon trumpter and aide-de-camp of the Franco-Prussian period War. Each image signed, framed and glazed ensuite. Image size approximately: 15cm (15.9in) x 20cm (7.8in).
