Queen Victoria coronation ticket admitting the bearer to the ceremony at Westminster Abbey on 28 June 1838. This event ushered in the long-lived Victorian Age, an era largely defined by Queen Victoria's stringent moral sensibilities. Ticket is assigned to the 'Gallery in the North Aisle of the Nave' bears the embossed seal of the Earl Marshal of England. Ticket: 16.5cm (6.5in) x 11.5cm (4.5in). Contained in a period gilt wood and glazed frame.
