George IV Coronation Procession Pass Ticket by Charles Dobbs within blue and red showing George IV in a chariot within a rectangular border with embossed border. Framed and glazed.

A fine example of early bicoloured security printing first patented by Sir William Congreve in 1821. The compound printing by use of a pantograph and a geometric lathe was developed to stop the increasing levels of counterfeit banknotes.
