Silver. Maker’s mark of Jane Brownett and Alexander Jones. Hallmarked 1877.

Lord Alexander Victor Paget (1839-1896), naval officer and Deputy Lieutenant of Staffordshire, was the son of 2nd Marquess of Anglesey, and father of the 6th Marquess. He married the Hon. Hester Alice Stapleton-Cotton, and died at Drumlanrig Castle while on a visit to the Duke of Buccleuch.
