A pair full length portraits by the royal photographers Vandyk of 41 Buckingham Palace Road, Kondon S.W.1. Each signed in the Queen’s hand.

King George V (1865-1936) portrayed in the full dress uniform of the Colonel-in-Chief of The Black Watch (Royal Highlanders) and inscribed ‘In remembrance of King George V, 1936’ in the Queen’s hand. Queen Mary portrayed in evening dress, tiara, Garter insignia and state jewels, and inscribed ‘Mary 1942’. Each contained within a modern glazed gilt wood frame.
