Watercolour and body colour on card depiction of a detachment of Royal Fusiliers at Gibraltar, an officer and Sergeant Major at the centre a drummer to the left and Pioneer to the right.  Signed by the artist, Captain H. Oakes Jones. Image size 42cm (16.5in) x 30cm (12in). Framed and glazed.
Captain H. Oakes Jones, M.B.E., F.S.A. was a regular officer in the Royal Fusiliers and a part time illustrator, military historian and author.
