Brass cylinder, wood hoops, leather tab and rope tensioning. Cylinder stamped with the Broad Arrow mark of the Ordnance Board, and maker’s ‘Drum Fittings’ label of George Potter of Aldershot to the interior, visible through the cylinder breather hole.
