Yellow gold and blue enamel Garter motto ‘Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense’ (May he be shamed who thinks badly of it) encircling the GVIR cypher of George VI in white gold and diamonds, surmounted by a King’s Crown in white gold set with red enamel and diamonds, the whole underscored by the title scroll in yellow gold and enamel.
