Blue enamelled 9 carat gold escutcheon applied with diamond set crossed swords, with the blunt sword representing Mercy and the sharp sword Justice, encircled by a border of gold oak leaves intersected with white gold diamond set Tudor roses in chief and in base for England and crossed leeks in white gold for Wales, the whole ensigned by a white and yellow gold Queen’s Crown set with diamonds and enamels.
