Blue guilloché enamel on yellow gold circular panel, overlaid with GMR cypher in white gold and pavé set with diamonds for George V (reigned 1910-1937) and Queen Mary, contained within a pierced white gold laurel wreath set with rose-cut diamonds and further encircled in a row of seed pearls, all beneath the Imperial State Crown in white gold, rose-cut diamonds and red enamel.
