Miniature set of four comprising Royal and Military Order of St. Louis breast badge, Restoration period Legion of Honour breast badge, Order of Malta breast badge, and Decoration of the Lys / Order of Fidelity breast badge on contemporary gold bar with a fine continuous ribbon in the colours for each Order, In gold, silver and enamels. The Order of Fidelity was a variant of the Decoration of the Lys, and reserved for the National Guard of Paris. It was extinguished in July 1830.
