Yellow gold and blue enamel Garter motto ‘Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense’ (Shame on him who thinks ill of it), encircling the GR cypher of George V (reigned 1910-1937) surmounted by a yellow gold state imperial crown with red enamel for the cushion.
