In the form of the French Imperial Eagle of the 105th Line Infantry Regiment taken by Captain Kennedy Clark of the Royals at the Battle of Waterloo, in yellow and white gold set with ruby in the eye, and body applied with a laurel wreath in yellow gold set with green enamel, all over the regimental motto ‘Spectemur Agendo' (Let us be judged by our deeds).
