Maltese cross in 18 carat gold set with diamonds centred on a quatrefoil and the surrounding motto 'In This Sign Conquer’, cross the encircled by a wreath of laurel leaves to dexter and oak leaves to sinister, all under a Queen’s crown. Hallmarked 1991.
