Yellow gold mirrored RA cypher surmounted by a Queen’s crown in yellow gold, the whole underscored by regimental number in Roman numerals.
Formed at Aberdeen in February 1920, the 75th (Highland) Field Regiment RA (TA) fought in France in 1940 supporting the 51st Highland Division but escaped capture. It shipped to North Africa in 1943 to take part in the Tunisian Campaign. It was converted into 75th (Highland) Heavy Regiment in September 1943 and fought in Italy up to the war’s end before passing into suspended animation in on 15 February 1946.
