The Maltese cross in 15 carat white and yellow gold set with diamonds, the centre with a wreath of oak in yellow gold and green enamel encircling a stag. The left and right arms of the cross applied with the title scroll in yellow gold and white enamel. The whole ensigned by a King’s crown in gold and enamel and underscored with a yellow gold and blue enamel title scroll inscribed with combined county title.
