Eighteen carat gold oval panels bordered by the Garter motto ‘Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense’ and containing mother-o’-pearl centres applied with crowned and diamond set ‘G’ and ‘M’ monograms for King George V and Queen Mary. Gold backs each marked ‘18CT’. Yellow gold chain links. Contained in case of SJ Phillips, 139 New Bond Street, London.
