Rectangular panels with chamfered corners, alternately set with the cyphers George VI and his consort Queen Elizabeth in navy blue enamel beneath the St. Edward’s Crown in red enamel. Chain links. Maker’s mark of HHP for Royal warrant holder Henry Hodson Plante, 12 Bury Street, St James’s, London. The Queen Elizabeth panels both hallmarked 1936; one of the George Vi panels hallmarked 1939; the other, unmarked. Contained in the original case of Plante, the Royal warrant holder.
