Facetted and rayed silver star mounted with pierced garter and motto on a blue enamel ground encircling the cross of St. George in enamel. Maker’s mark of Joseph Jennens & Co., Military Accoutrememnt Maker, Conduit Street, London. Hallmarked Birmingham 1898.
