9 carat white gold stag’s head cabossed set with diamonds and rubies in the eyes, out of a ducal coronet set with diamonds, and flanked by a wreath of ivy, the whole over a blue enamelled motto scroll inscribed ‘Bydand’ (Stand fast). Maker’s mark of the Crown Jeweller Garrard & Co Ltd, 112 Regent Street, London.
