White gold star of the Order of the Thistle set with 36 rose cut diamonds centered on a light infantry bugle horn and the HLI cypher in white gold, between the Imperial State crown in yellow gold and enamel and the Battle Honour ‘Assaye’ and an Indian elephant in yellow hold set with grey enamel.
