Bronze. Oval court official’s chapras, or badge of office, cast in relief with the arms of the Thakur of Bhavnagar, (being, Murray, an eagle displayed Or, on a canton of the second a lion statant of the first. Crest: On a helmet to the dexter, lambrequined Marry and Or, a sambuk Argent. Supporters: Two bisons bezanté. Motto: Manusya Yatna Isvara Krpá (Human Effort, God’s Grace), and inscribed in English and Gujarati ‘H.H Maharaja Saheb of Bhavnagar / By order of His Highness Maharaja Saheb of Bhavnagar, issued for the Shahibaug office / Pattavala’ (attendant). The reverse fitted with single hook and two fastening studs.
