Silver. Square case with engine turned decoration, the hinged lid applied the RN stripe in enamels and centrally applied with a Naval Crown composed of alternate ships’ hulls and sails. The gilt interior inscribed with retailer’s name of J.C. Vickery, Bournemouth. Maker’s mark of John Collard Vickery, Regent Street, London. Hallmarked 1939.
